A PVC or soffit ceiling is fitted onto a light frame below your existing slab. There is no wet work, so the room is usable the same day, and the panels wipe clean rather than needing repainting every few years.
Soffit panel ceiling
Grooved panels that cast a fine shadow line and give the ceiling depth. Works particularly well with cove lighting.
Fluted PVC panels
Vertical grooved panels used on walls and ceilings together for a continuous modern finish, often paired with UV marble sheets.
Gypsum and grid false ceiling
Modular 2x2 tiles on a metal grid, so wiring, plumbing and AC ducts above stay accessible. The standard for shops, offices, clinics and showrooms.
Cove and profile lighting
Concealed lighting channels designed into the ceiling at installation, so the wiring is hidden and the light washes the surface evenly.

Common questions
Is a PVC ceiling better than POP?
For most homes, yes. PVC is installed dry in a day with almost no dust, never needs painting, resists moisture, and can be removed and refitted. POP gives a seamless look and takes complex curved shapes better, but it means a week of mess and repainting every few years.
How much ceiling height does a false ceiling take?
A PVC or soffit panel ceiling typically drops the ceiling by 3 to 4 inches. A grid ceiling drops 6 to 8 inches because it needs clearance above for ducts and wiring. We measure your existing height during the site visit and tell you exactly what you will lose.
Can a false ceiling be installed in a bathroom or balcony?
Yes — PVC panel ceiling is the right choice there. It is waterproof and does not sag, stain or flake the way POP and gypsum do in a humid space.
How long does false ceiling installation take?
A single room PVC or soffit ceiling is usually finished in one day. A full flat takes 3 to 5 days. Grid ceilings for shops and offices depend on area, but we work in sections so your space stays partly usable.
Do PVC ceiling panels turn yellow over time?
Quality panels with a UV-stable finish hold their colour well indoors. Yellowing is a problem with low-grade panels and in areas of strong direct sunlight — we will tell you which grade suits your room during the site visit.
Which ceiling is best for a shop or office?
A gypsum grid false ceiling, because the 2x2 tiles lift out individually for access to wiring, network cable and AC ducts above. That access matters in a commercial space where services are changed regularly.
