What we collect

When you send the enquiry form we collect the details you type: name, phone number, service required, area, project type, preferred contact time and any project details. If you call or WhatsApp us, we see the number you contact us from and what you write.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a site visit and prepare a quotation. We do not sell your details and do not use them for unrelated marketing.

Who handles it

Form submissions are received through our website host, Netlify, and then read by the Royal Decor team. WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and shows a Google Map on the contact page, so Google receives your IP address when those load.

Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to count page views and clicks on call, WhatsApp and enquiry buttons, so we can see which pages bring enquiries. Google receives your IP address and browser details for this. We do not send your name, phone number or form text to analytics.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up service, and delete them on request.
